Let’s talk about your Group
This is where I guide you through our choices, proposal, and contract stage with a full understanding of your group’s make up and funding goals. All the nitty gritty is explained and we sign an electronic contract and begin the parent letter approval process.

Prep materials
By now you have already chosen which catalog and prize program we will use along with all the critical dates, such as start date, order collection date, and delivery date. We are ready to assemble your seller packets and ship them to you just in time for your group to start selling.

Kick off
The excitement gets generated here with a professional kick off either in person or via our new classroom kickoff video series. This is typically day one of the sale and the same day the seller packets go home with the students..

Wrap-Up
We run a two to three week sale and then collect all order forms and money for turn in to the company for processing. Cherrydale enters all the orders and generates reports for you to look at ahead of shipping and delivery dates. Your orders will ship within 3-4 weeks of the receipt of order forms. Online direct to buyer orders ship within 5 days. Invoicing and payment will be taken care of here.

Pick-Up
The rubber meets the road when your orders and prizes are picked, packed, sorted, and labeled per student then shipped on shrink wrapped pallets either direct to you or to the icehouse (frozen/combo sales) for final mile delivery at a time and place of your choosing.
